After a divorce, getting laid off from work, and being completely adrenal fatigued and bed ridden, she rose from the bottom and found peace through nourishing her body, yoga, meditation, and life coaching. She now owns a yoga studio called Thrive Yoga & Fitness, a spa called Thrive Yoga Therapies, a Recovery Coaching Company and podcast called Thriving After Addiction. She is a yoga therapist and a recovery coach that does in house and long distance sessions.
