Ever wondered how certain yogis seem to easily flip into inversions and balance on their hands? Today master yoga teacher, Danni Pomplun, joins us as he shares all his tips on how to get upside down and into arm balances. We cover: What inversions and arm balances to master in what order. How to adjust your hands so balancing on them feels more like balancing on your feet. Should we use the wall when learning handstand? Plus, tips and tricks on how to fall. We also talk about cross training. Is it necessary in order to master some of these advanced poses? Listen and find out!
